We are a technology-enabled platform that connects customers with trained and verified cooks for home-cooking services. The cook’s role is limited strictly to preparing food in the customer’s kitchen as per agreed instructions.
2. Scope of Cook’s Responsibilities
- Preparing meals as per customer instructions
- Using ingredients provided by the customer
The cook is NOT responsible for: washing/cleaning used utensils, kitchen cleaning or housekeeping, or dishwashing before/after cooking.
👉 All used utensils must be washed and cleaned by the customer.
1. Scope of Services
We connect customers with trained and verified cooks for home-cooking services. Cooks prepare meals in the customer’s kitchen using customer-provided ingredients and instructions. We do not sell or supply food items.
2. User Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years of age
- Information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes
3. Booking & Service Delivery
- Bookings are subject to availability of cooks
- Duration, timings, and scope are agreed at the time of booking
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope is not mandatory for the cook
- Service quality depends on ingredients, facilities, and instructions provided
4. Cook Allocation & Replacement
- Allocation based on availability, skill match, and location
- Replacements handled on a best-effort basis
- We may change or replace a cook for operational or safety reasons
5. Payments & Pricing
- Charges are displayed transparently on the platform
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods
- Prices may vary by location, service type, or demand
- Failure to pay timely may result in service suspension
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and respectful working environment
